

Human Resource Associate
Job Description
To support HR operations, talent onboarding, employee engagement, and policy execution, while helping build a structured, high-performance culture at TYG Media. This role bridges people operations with daily execution and team experience.
Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and shortlisting to scheduling and follow-ups

Handle onboarding documentation, inductions, and employee record-keeping

Maintain and update HR systems (GreytHR) for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

Support implementation of HR policies, performance review cycles, and employee feedback processes

Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, internal events, and L&D sessions

Handle employee queries related to leaves, reimbursements, policies, etc. with clarity and empathy

Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, and hiring trackers

Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth team coordination and adherence to HR processes

Ensure all processes are audit-ready and compliant with internal documentation standards
Skills we're looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology or related field

0–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles (agency/startup background is a plus)

Familiarity with HRMS platforms like GreytHR (preferred)

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity and discretion
