Human Resource Associate

Job Description

To support HR operations, talent onboarding, employee engagement, and policy execution, while helping build a structured, high-performance culture at TYG Media. This role bridges people operations with daily execution and team experience.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

 

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes — from sourcing and shortlisting to scheduling and follow-ups

  • Handle onboarding documentation, inductions, and employee record-keeping

  • Maintain and update HR systems (GreytHR) for attendance, leave, and payroll inputs

  • Support implementation of HR policies, performance review cycles, and employee feedback processes

  • Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, internal events, and L&D sessions

  • Handle employee queries related to leaves, reimbursements, policies, etc. with clarity and empathy

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS dashboards, and hiring trackers

  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth team coordination and adherence to HR processes

  • Ensure all processes are audit-ready and compliant with internal documentation standards

Skills we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology or related field

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or similar roles (agency/startup background is a plus)

  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms like GreytHR (preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity and discretion
