Outreach Executive

Job Description

​

To manage communication with meme pages, creators, and influencer networks for timely execution of campaigns. The Outreach Executive ensures smooth coordination, fast responses, and accurate campaign deliveries by acting as the frontliner between the agency and creators.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks:

 

  • Execute daily outreach via Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and email to creators, meme pages, and influencers

  • Share campaign briefs and negotiate commercial terms as instructed by the campaign manager

  • Maintain communication trackers and ensure real-time updates on status (shared brief, confirmed, live, etc.)

  • Flag any issues with content or creator performance to the internal team

  • Assist in onboarding new creators/pages into the internal database with clean and accurate entries

  • Support campaign execution by coordinating last-minute updates or urgent posting requests

  • Build rapport with creators and community managers for better long-term collaboration

Skills we're looking for:

​

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

  • 0–1 year of work experience (internship or freelance experience with pages/creators is a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Quick at multitasking and following up without dropping the ball

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, meme culture, and creator economy

  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with fast-paced environments
